Hotel with hot tub? |
Travel Info where can I find a hotel with a hot tub in the room in the Detroit area? Travel Tips Wow! I stayed in one by Metro Airport a couple years ago that had a nice room with a jaccuzzi. Don't remember the name but it was somewhere off Middlebelt. You might want to try this site to find one. Source(s): http://hotel-guides.us/ Other Travel Tips Motel 5 is great. try best western. i know the one at 15 & van dyke has hot tubs, as well as the clinton twp one on gratiot Try the corner of Mack and Bewick The best one is the Southfield Westin. It is right off the Northwestern Highway, (10), and just a quick drive from downtown Detroit. (15 minutes) Southfield is the easiest suburb to acce from Detroit adn is at the crossroads of the major freeways to get everywhere. (10, 696 and 75) The hot tubs are located next to the beds so that you are not separated in the bathroom when you use them. You can watch t.v. from the tub or order in. Also, in the Southfield Skyline building, where the Westin is located, there are many restaurants. You can order delivery from Musashi, for example, which is one of the best sushi/Japanese restaurants in the area. most of them have one-try www.visitdetroit.com for deals being offered. i think the other lady was referring to the comfort inn off of middlebelt every downtown hotel except for the one in the ren cen-holiday inn, antheneum, etc have hot tubs ;-) another great trick is to visit the website for local malls-some of the malls and hotels are partnered together to offer different packages for a great deal on a room that would normally be super expensive! try fairlane town center, laurel park place, twelve oaks, oakland and even northland etc. pick the one closest to the area you want to be in-you will be pleasantly surprised-mariott is offering a deal where you get $100 off a $109 room or $50 off a $84 room -these are sure to go quick and i found this deal attached to laurel park place but it is available at other hotels near other malls. Your biggest problem will be the cost-some require upfront payment to hold a room with a hot tub. i suggest checking in on time, LOL i hope this helps |
