Buy tickets on-line, a few beers, a plate of nachos and you're set!! i think the best place at this time would be a trip to Traverse City. You have the beautiful Grand Traverse Bay and the beaches. get a room in the Grand Traverse Resort(the beds in the tower are Michigans best..none better in the state). The resort has the best amenities to offer. There is also a casino, and this is also the place where some of the nations(if not the worlds) best wines are made. You should spend a day each on a the peninsula and go wine tasting. there are even some bed and breakfastes there so you can stay at one if you desire. Try the Ben Miller Inn in Canada, Ontario, It is very cozy, rustic but very classy. There is a waterfall/rushing stream right at/in the property. we went there one January and had a wonderful time. |
