what can i expect for weather (june 8th)... ive been told its rainy..?
ill be staying in Peurto Plata.
Is this a bad time to come? its my 30th b-day so i wanted to go some place warm...

I checked this website http://www.wunderground.com
going back to 1997 (10 years) and it has not rained on June 8th in Puerto Plata. Click on trip planner put in your destination and travel days and you will get previous weather history. (I used June 1 to June 15)
The weather will be high 80's-low 90's and mostly sunny.
Weather can't be predicted but judging from previous years your going have a sunny 30th birthday.

The weather is up and down, you can research past weather / future predictions but just hope for the best like any destination. Puerto Plata is nice you will enjoy it, but I liked Punta Cana better just because the beaches and hotels are better, you can also try Samana which is growing rapidly.
