What kind of weather can I expect in Punta Cana in one month? Is it any chance to get tan? |

Weather forcast is very difficult especially for May, but normally you will have short showers en 30 min later sun again for the day! No worry about the "TAN" even walking around on the beach you wel get a beautiful color! Gilbert I have gone to Punta Cana in May on three ocasions and it rained one of the those times. It rained for a couple of hours and then it was sunny for the rest of the day, it also rained one of the nights we were there, a few minutes before we went to bed (I don't know how long it rained). I must add that traditionally it does not rain a lot in the Dominican Republic. You don't tan, you will burn. Tons of protection recommended! Enjoy my 2nd country! Even when it rains there, its only for about an hour or two, and after that, the rest of the day is sunny. I've been there every month of the year through the past few years and I've caught a nice tan just walking around while shopping. ENJOY! |
