Going to dom rep in setember scared of snakes whats the chance of me coming face to face? |
Travel Info no jokes please i am s---- scared Travel Tips OK in Dominican there is snakes and I am not going to lie to you I mean the snakes don't do nothing to you but there is are lizards there but It all depends if you go to the north of Dominican in the campos there is snakes! in the cities there are no snakes but now if people have it is because they have it as a pet! Others i didn't see any when i was there, just a few lizards. they scampered away as soon as anyone got close. when i went 12yrs a go i never saw any. but did have huge cockroaches about 7inch long easy You can come into contact with snakes there. I have been and we were standing by a truck and someone suddenly jumped at me and almost shoved me over! There was a snake curled up on a wheel right next to me. We also saw a couple whilst out Canyoning. Everyone I know who went there saw at least one snake and my friend was bitten by a snake and taken to hospital No men !!!!!! Come Dominican Republic is not Amazonas, you will no find snakes. and the snakes we have here arent dangerous... The snakes here (culebras) are inoffensive one麓s, all the stories are lies about "dangerous" snakes, the Dominican Republic is less dangerous (even with snakes) than for example the USA! So, dear go on holiday and don麓t believe everybody! |
