Would anyone recommend (or not recommend) going to the Dominican Republic in September? |
Travel Info Would anyone recommend (or not recommend) going to the Dominican Republic in September? Travel Tips Hurricane season, so you would be taking a chance. Maybe try far southern Caribbean: Trinidad, Togago, Aruba, Bonaire or Curacao. Others I dont see why not. We have tourists coming all year long. Our hurricaine season is not like in Florida where every year they have hurricaines. We havent had a hurricaine in a looong time. September is usually nice and warm. I live here and I would recommend anyone to come in september. Modified 10 months ago the best place to get info about this is DR1.COM.try it. dr1.com hmmm i go every yr between September and April. weather is great and if you were to stop going because ii ts hurricane season, that would pretty m much be from June to January. that's 8 months out of the yr.... most believe hurricane season ends in November,,, last year it was January. also Canada gets winter storms? does that mean we all vacate? honestly , Dominican is best in Sept on, nice weather and so forth. enjoy, because is fun there, oh and also ,, you are protected is a hurricane was to come, which is rare unless you are going to Haiti,, no worries OK,,,, have fun travel alot |
