i was speaking to a friend of mine whos from jamaica about going to puerto rico and he recommended puerto parte instead. he said its the next cancun. true or false?

I think that your friend might have been talking about Puerto Plata, on the north shore of the Dominican Republic. There are many hotels on that province, a lot of them all-included.
