Is La Romana A Nice Resort? The Canoa Coral by Hilton?

Have you been to the Canoa Coral by Hilton in La Romana? Any advice for traveling in the Dominican Republic? Thanks

La Romana is the nicest area you can go to in the Dominican Republic. I don't know the specific resort but the whole area is very exclusive. The Clintons were there on vacation last year and Oscar de la Renta lives there. A lot of American celebrities choose to go there when the visit the DR and the resorts in the area are used to it so when you go there you get treated like a celebrity.

Others
I haven't been in that particular hotel, but I can assure you it has to be very nice, for 2 reasons:
1- it will be in a very touristic area.
2- is by Hilton, that alone says it all.
