umm dont drink the water that comes out of the sink. talk to the locals and get out and see the beautful country!!!!!!!!! Source(s): been there 2 times

stay in the resort as much as possible and dont talk to the locals
have been there twice in a year. drink the bottled water. the ice they use in drinks is safe they use purified water. we used the tap water by mistake to make coffee and did not get sick. the food is great. the people are wonderful. small tips equal great treatment. and if you want to see the country side go on outback safari. had a wonderful time planning on going back next spring.
