Never on the streets to vendors that offer better exchange rates. They will steal from you. Trust Western Union and commercial banks. Be prepared to learn ow to dance merengue and bachata. If you like scuba diving, go to Sosua. They have a beautifull reef there. Best place is the Playa Dorada Complex with about 15 hotels around a Robert Trend Jones Golf course. |
