Travel Info im goin to punta cana for senior week but i wont be 18 until the month after i go...can i still drink at the resort and all, like do they card or check id before u get a wristband to drink?? PLEASE HELP ME OUT!!! i dont want to waste 990 dollars (im goin from u.s. to punta) Travel Tips Dude, seriously, there is pretty much no drinkin age here. If you look over 16 and have a all-inclusive bracelet no one cares. Tourism is a multi-billion dollar industry in this country, and people come to all-inclusives to drink. Just do us all a favor and keep it manageable. No one likes a drunk tourist - that's when they will cut you off. Others a fake i .d. from a check cashing place will do fine something with your picture some laminant and your good to go let the liquor flow me friend we stayed in punta cana twice in a years time and my daughter was served both times. she was only 17. they did not check her id. own if you are 17 you are allowed to drink. you should know Spanish. and don't wear fancy clothes the people could get feisty and kill for expensive prada !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... it is safe to hang out with the boys that are especially cute i suggest you say te quero mucho. that very help with boys like them. take my advice if you want a very good time in the beautiful country of the Dominican republic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... The US is like the only country in the world that takes this stuff seriously. Go and enjoy real freedom for a change! |
