Can one fly to haiti from the dominican republic?

I would like to know if there are regular services and how much it would cost... This would mean that I can visit the dominican as well as haiti, and I have never been to the dominican before.
If not are the buses safe to take.... I only speak english.

I've checked several different airline websites in the past, and the Port-au-Prince airport is the only international one in Haiti but it also doesn't appear to go into the Dominican Republic. Maybe some more thorough checking would yield you better results. That's all the information that I've found so far. Sorry that I couldn't be more helpful.

you guys are always negative against haiti. Have you ever been there? You just listen to the media too much. Don't believe everything you hear or see about it. I bet you a lot of you have been to Labadee, Haiti on a cruise they just don't tell you it is Haiti.
