Bahia Principe Punta Cana Complaint Line? |
Travel Info Got robbed by a guest at Bahia Principe Punta Cana and got nothing but the run around from the hotel for my whole trip! Want closure and dont know where to turn.....Is there someone above the head manager at that location? Travel Tips Bring this story right to the travel agent/agency you used. Ask them to contact the tour operator who they booked the trip through (ie. Apple Vacations, Travel Impressions, GoGo Tours). By doing it this way your agent works from the top down - not from the bottom up! Hopefully you took the insurance that was offered - that will reimburse you for some of your loss. Sorry you had such an unfortunate experience - our agency sends many, many folks to Punta Cana, and I have not heard of being robbed by another guest. Good luck.
