How far is Santiago Airport from Puerto Plata, DR? |
Travel Info I'm finding that it's cheaper to fly into Santiago than flying directly into Puerto Plata so I was wondering how much a taxi or bus would cost to get from Santiago to Puerto Plata. Travel Tips 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes depending on where in the Province of Puerto Plata you are going and which road you take. Some cabs take the long way instead of going over the mountain. Cab cost 65-80 US dollars and bus only costs about 6 US but you need a cab to the bus and a cab from bus to destination. Stop into QuiXotes Restaurant in Sosua Others It is an hour.
