Thats a lie OMG it's about 75-90 miles north and you don't make it in 3 Hrs. I left SDC(Santo Domingo Center) around 3 A.M and got in PPTC(Puerto Plata Trans Center) Around 12:30 P.M so it's alittle long and we(Americans) Can do 70 miles in 2 hrs. because we have good roads and stuff...... nnot here...... they have rocky/hilly/and sometimes flooded highways so yeah... and hopefully it won't rain b/c when it rains there... i mean it RAINS ! !

They are on opposite coasts. Puerto Plata is on the north shore and Santo Domingo is in the south west part of the country
About 3 hours apart by car.
