Fun in the Domincan Republic?

I am traveling with a friend and we wanted to know the best hotel and nightlife away from honeymooneers and kids. Is there a great party beach bar for two ladies in their late 30's?

Yeah the Guy who answered is right about that,but everything closes at 12:01 A.M.

Also, If you're into shopping alot you can visit Arcopolis(22 Floors of shopping) they have a movie also. It's located on Ave. Winston Churchill Ave just alittle north of El 27-OR- you can go to the Bella Vista Mall in Bella Vista. They have I think it was 3 floors of shopping, big food courth and a game shop for the children. They also have the movies.

They have Casinos on El 27 De Feb. those are great and every game is cheap there.

MUST SEE PLACES

You have to go to " La Cueva De La Maravya" it's a beauitfull cave located in San Pedro(20-30 mins from SD)

Plaza De La Bandera, is a plaza where you can walk it's located on El 27 De Feb.

Zona Colonial, Is the first place to be discovered from Christopher Col. You can visit shops here and the Forts and where the first Church was built in North Amerca. Also, you can go on this type of plato and see the Ozama River and something called "La Puerta" The Port

Faro De Colon, is a lighthouse compeleted in 1992. They wanted to finish it that year because in 1492, thats when Christopher landed there. It's very historal there and if you stay around that area at night you could see the lights from the lighthouse. Source(s): I'M dominican and i go every 6 monthes =)

I am half Dominican but I have been to dominican and it is beautiful you and your friend a good choice! I would prefer in Santo domingo in hotels Luperon Beach Resort in D.R. Paradisus Punta Cana in Higuey, Dominican Republic
and much more.

I stayed at the Barcelo Bravo Place a complex of about 6 hotels..
Theres a disco on site that stays open to 5:00 am. and a casino entertainment nightly and the hotel lounges that stay open I think until 1:00...I had a great time there.......
