Travel Info Traditioal irish clothing? Travel Tips This wiki might help you .... Source(s): http://cunnan.sca.org.au/wiki/irish_clot... Other Travel Tips If you are coming from the US, then you'll find that styles like you see from American Eagle and Aero Postale are common. Shoes are kinda different but not in the way that if you are wearin American shoes you will look dumb. You'd be surprised at how many clothes have the names of American cities on them. I was there in the fall for a semester and didn't but any clothing there and still pretty much blended in. semester abroad thats a bit of a mad question, we dont all dress like leprechauns or anything. i cant believe the girl who told you our shoes are different, apart from the sizes. americans seem to like aran jumpers there like thick wooly cream ones but no irish person would be caught dead in one so i don't think that counts mad! being you know, irish well...it depends on what generation....old fellas wear the old wolly jumpers and plain trousers. most chldren just wear what americans, the english wood wear. if its a sporty peron, a jersey and nike/addidas/O'Neills (O'Neills is an Irish designer) tracksuit pants. if its a not-so-sporty person that designer clothes, what in fashion! |
