You never know, the weather is so unpredictable, i was at a village called Clondra just outside Longford Town in July last year and the temperature reached 32c for nearly a week, but when it rains, it REALLY RAINS!

well, if you are reveling, you better pack some warm stuff :-)
the weather is unpredictable. pack good raingear and also a sweather. make sure you dress in layers (onion principle).
never get caught short in ireland as the weather is very unstable ,always have warm clothes at hand
not shorts. Irish hate shorts. Just bring beer money.
