What are the women like in Dublin, Ireland?

Travel Info
Going to be studying abroad in Dublin next spring for a semester. Tell me about the girls there...what are they typically like compared to American girls?

Travel Tips
they are like women, quite different from men.

Others
Be careful. They are very small with beards, yes, beards. they wear funny green clothes and large hat. if you are not nice to them they will put a spell on you. Not to mention if you catch one they have to share their booty with you. Haha I said booty.
You will see when you get there
The same as here only with a funny accent. I am from N. Ireland and I think they speak different from the Northern Irish girls. Good luck in Ireland, you will love it. visit the North too.
We don't suffer fools gladly, thats for sure. Irish women have had to put up with Irish men for years, and are pretty accustomed to putting men in their place. Once you treat them with respect and have a laugh with them you will be ok and they will like you. We have a great sense of humour and love to have the craic. We take life as it is and do not insist on a man's bank balance before we go out with them. Once your fun and like to have a laugh, your ok by us.
We are all sound, very sexy, very genuine...we don't like fakes and as the last poster said...we really don't take any crap from blokes...after generations and generations of "irish mammies" who put up with all sorts of abuse and mental anguish from their drunken husbands and layabout sons, women in Ireland from about the late 70's on have started to stand up and be counted...in general Irish women are a lot more clever, communicative, sophisticated and copped on then our male equivilant!!!!
