If somebody got uk student visa more than 3 years? does he need visa to go Republic ireland?

Travel Tips
There are no passport controls between the UK and Republic of Ireland. If you have a valid UK student visa then you can visit the Republic of Ireland. You need a visa to fly but they won't check passports from UK flights in Ireland. Have a good trip.

Edit your question to let us know what nationality you are. If you are a member of a European State member country then you dont need a visa but otherwise you do, you need to contact your countrys' embassy in Dublin or London depending where you're from.
Yes there are no passport checks betwwen U.K. and Ireland but they will insist on valid photo I.d. such as drivers licence so do bring your passport if you dont have a licence.
Also having a student i.d. may mean you ar enot allowed to work or are limited in the hours you can legally work.
Contact your embassy in Ireland for best advice.
Depends upon where your student visa was issued for.

A visa allows you to enter a country, and you need one
for every country you enter.

A passport allows you to leave your home county.
no but if you wish to study in the republic of ireland you must inform the embassy of the changes to any adress you have . the republic is a free state and has no links to the uk goverment but if you over stay your visa while in the republic you can be extradited back to uk for immigration deportation.
If you needed a visa to stay in the UK I would imagine you are not an EU Citizen. Therefore you would definitely need a visa to gain legal entry into the Republic of Ireland. I can't think of any reason why you couldn't legally enter Northern Ireland.
I'm sure there are many ways to gain entry without a visa, but no legal way.....
The best way is to get on to the Irish Embassy (I know there is one somewhere in London).
