Is there a waxworks museum in Dublin?

Travel Info
Going for a day trip there on saturday with my mum - any sights/attractions that you would recommend?

Travel Tips
There is a waxworks museum in Dublin - but it's currently closed as it's relocating.

I'd recommend checking out the following sites (it's hard to recommend specific attractions without specific interests) See: http://www.tourist-information-dublin.co...

However, it's really nice to visit Grafton St. - have a coffee & people watch!

there was one up past the rotunda hospital in the city centre
Its closed at the moment.
Yes there was a wax museum in Dublin and the last I heard it was closing down
there's a Viking Splash Tour which is a lot of fun - you go around the city in a WW2 amphibious vehicle and it takes you out on the bay as well. Looks really good and I've heard good reports, a bit more crack than the typical open top bus tour.
