Soccer in Dublin in May?

Are there any sports being played in Croke Park in May? My husband would like to see a soccer game while we're there. We'll also be on the west coast for 4 days.
Any suggestions?

There will be no soccer in croke Park in may. Definitely!
The eircom leauge will be going on in may and can be seen in grounds such as Dalymount Park and Tolka Park.However these are not of a particularly high standard .
There will probably be Gaelic games in Croke Park in may ( no fixtures are set yet). As this is not at high point in the season tickets will not be a problem and can be purchased on entry to the ground.

its unlikely they'll be any soccer in croker then.

why not watch the sports it was made for? they re a good day out.
