You mean "the Dubliners", try a bookshop...
Any bookshop or library will have a copy of 'Dubliners' by James Joyce.
Try www.alibris.com they have everything to do with hard to find books. The title I am not sure of as you have it . Are you sure you are not looking for Ulysses the book Joyce wrote about Dublin? That can be found in any good bookstore.
the book title is DUBLINERS. And you must not be looking very hard, because you can get it anywhere, any bookshop worth it's salt.
