Travel Info I need to get from the train sation in Dublin to the Temple Bar Hotel and then to the RDS. Directions please?! Travel Tips You need to say which train station! If it is Heuston you can get a bus down the quay which will leave you at the Halfpenny Bridge and you cross this, go through an alleyway and you are in Temple Bar. Turn right for the hotel. If it is Connolly take the bus for Heuston and get off at the Halfpenny bridge also. Go through the alleyway etc. (you wont need to cross the bridge as you will be on the right side for the alley). If you dont have much luggage you could walk from Connolly. The luas would give you more of a walk but you could take it from Heuston and get off at Jervis and ask for directions. Getting to the RDS - turn left out of your hotel and head to Westmoreland Street. Then turn right into College Green. Bus stops on the left just past Trinity College will get you a bus to the RDS. Alternatively ask in your hotel for directions to Tara Street Dart Station (not far) and get a dart to Sandymount and walk up the road to the RDS. Source(s): living in Dublin Other Travel Tips Not sure about the RDS, but from both Heuston and Connolly you get to Temple Bar with the Luas (you can also walk from Connolly if you don't have a heavy luggage).
