No, even the shops close.
the airport is open 24hrs but the shops have opening and closing times. I was there last week and burger king opened at 6am but all other eating places were closed til about 7, I think
The airport itself is 24 hour but the shop unfortunately are not.
The airport is open 24 hours, but none of the shops are. However on the Mezz Level, Bewleys and The Foodcourt do stay open all night during the summer season, but they only serve the minimum: tea, coffee, sandwiches, snacks. On weekend nights McDonalds stays open pretty late, but not all night. (By the way, there is no Burger King in Dublin Airport..)

In the morning everything is generally open by 6am, all the restaurants both airside and landside, and the shops airside.
Dublin airport is open 24hrs. The shops close at approx 10pm and re-open at 5am. There are restauraunts open 24hrs selling your basic requirements.
