You basically need to ask for an authorization from the Direcci贸n del Parque Nacional Gal谩pagos to be able to approach the islands. You'll probably be able to get into one of the 2 most populated islands and will have to take tours on the yachts that have authorization for the smaller islands. Tourism at the Islands are tightly regulated in order to preseve the environment. There is a limited amount of people allowed at a specific place at the same time and day.
