I strongle recommend JW Marriot (Av. Orellana 1172 y Amazonas Quito) which is #1 in tripadvisor, Another good one is Swisshotel (Av 12 de Octubre 1820 y Luis Cordero
Casilla 17-21-565 Quito 1721565). There are more and it depends on your budget but these two are my favourites.
