Travel Info Typical food in Ecuador? Travel Tips There are lots of nice food in Ecuador but for me the best are Llapingachos (or Yapingachos?) . They are like potato dumplings filled with cheese. There are also chuchucaras (crisp pork skin) and mote (corn). Of course you can find more if you look in wikipedia but these are just 3 examples of typical food there. Others piella and guinea pig its very nice Cebiche -- well it's pronounced Se-be-che it's a shrimp cocktail.... Rice, chicken, bananna, chicken stew... |
