Travel Info ok well that wasnt really a question but i put a question mark there cuz everyone else does lol but ye ye i know if you go to the uk for less then 6 months u dont need a visa but what if you go there for bout 5 months n then come back home to america and go back and well not stay in the uk longer then 6months o wait but then i gain i need a work permit hmmm how do i get that? I believe that if you stay for less then 6 months and then return to the US, there would be a minimum requirement to stay in the US before you return. With everything that has taken place over the past week, this may have changed. To get a work permit will require the company that you are going to work for, to request one for you through one of the Consulates here in the US. If you are married to a UK national, then once you were in the UK, you would apply through the local government. |
