if my dad is 100% service connected disabled and the government (or va) will pay for my college in america,(i think its under the Montgomery GI BILL) will they pay for it if i go to another country if so which ones? well im plannin on studyin in the uk like london or scotland because scotland has a program for foreign students studyin abroad n scotland (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/scotland/4163... and i was thiking bout germany. so ne help i wud appreciate it!
