the glasgow science museam is good it has loads of cool things to try out or edinburgh zoo is a fun day out!
I would do one of the ghost tours in Edinburgh. They are a bit hoaky, but a lot of fun. (No we didnt see any ghosts) The castle in Edinburgh is a must. The Kelvingrove Museum in Glasgow is one of the coolest museums I have ever visited. Find someplace to get some good haggis! It rocks. Seriously.
