Travel Tips museum of Scotland Edinburgh castle Scottish Parliament hollyrood place scots monument nelsons monument royal yacht Brianna the wiskey museum (thats not what its called but thats what it is) there is a few bus tours as well - that take u round the city museum of childhood (a museum showing old toys etc) a lots more Source(s): i come from edinburgh Other Travel Tips The Castle and stunning landscape. Edinburgh castle The Castle Do a tour on the bus - I know it's touristy but you get to see loads Their Parliament building The Opal Bar is fab if you like dancing/music/drinking The Greyfriars memorial (it's a dog who was very loyal to his master) If you like football, the Rangers matches would be a great experience if you can get a ticket The Castle. The Museums in Chambers Street. The Portrait Gallery on George Street. Edinburgh is just FULL of attractions! But the best thing is possibly just wandering around admiring the wonderful architecture and soaking up the fabulous atmosphere. (Oh, and try to get a ticket to Too Many DJs - my kids tell me it's the hot ticket to have for new year's eve (or Hogmanay as we say in these parts!).) A castle and many beautiful other things, |
