it's a rocco forte hotel. very nice.
Ramada Hotel at Princes Street. The room has nice view overlooking Edinburgh garden and Castle. Also this hotel is near the Scott's Monument and some shopping centre. Best deal!
If it's for a special occasion then try the Witchery.
