Travel Info Cost of a modest apartment in Edmonton? Appreciate any info. Travel Tips well i know where you are right now cause Im in the same boat I have however found a couple good sites I usually find them if I yahoo search "apartment rentals edmonton alberta" I have found rentfaster the best and most up to date as for price it really depends on how many bedrooms and if you require a certain area in the city I hope this helps good luck Others Rent? $400/month. Out west Boardwalk Equities is a large landlord. www.bwalk.com no they are NOT that cheap average apartment price is $695.00 to $1600.00... really depends on where and who... Anything under $780.00 will be generally a pretty ugly place and not a great area. Board Walk only if you have too.. Easy to apply & be accepted. Downside to them is if something breaks it takes a long time to get it fixed they are supper cheap. Unless you get a good Caretaker but they don't pay too great so they get the lazier ones. These guys hog the market. I was paying 450$ for a bachelor apt - heats and hotwater included. The apt was nice and clean and the building was fine - was in a 'bad area' though. 82nd st and 118 ave. I never had any problems there but if you have kids I probley wouldnt recomend that area - for a single guy it is fine. |
