Extended Accomodations in Edmonton, AB? |
Travel Info Me and my girlfriend are looking to stay in Edmonton for about two weeks in September, we've been weighing out our options and staying at a hotel is far too expensive. Are there any other places we can stay at for a fraction of the cost? Travel Tips university is done at the end of the month so contact the U of A because they do rent out the dorm rooms during the summer Source(s): I work at the U of A Other Travel Tips I had a look at this discounted site and about the cheapest hotel is around $80 per night: Edmonton :http://www.cheaperthanhotels.com/canada/... perhaps B & B or a hostel might be the answer. Try the official tourism office for Alberta via this link. There should be some good alternatives here Alberta / Edmonton :http://www.tourismrankings.com/canada/st... HI Edmonton Hostel is in Old Strathcona (close to all the action that is Edmonton) and can be as cheap as $22/night. http://www.hihostels.ca/alberta/en/index... Perhaps that is an option for you? Well if you dont mind making reservations and driving a little ways you can try nisku many motels there and they will rent by the week at a fraction of the cost you can even find some with kitchenettes try thr western (not western budget different company) they have the best rates in town and rooms are not bad either other than that good luck again try calling soon the oil companies usually fill up the place and rooms are almost impossible to find last minute Nisku is about a 10- 15 min drive to edmonton limits and only 5 min to international airport plus most hotels there offer free shuttle to and from airport |
