Its insane but if you work 2 good paying jobs you are able to make ends meet. apartments/ townhouses are going for about with and without utilities
1bedroom $500-800/month
2bedroom $700-1100/month
3 bedroom $1100-2000/month
4bedroom $1500-outrageous Source(s): been looking for a new place for about 6 months now

Yes, very crazy. Even total dumps are worth 600 bucks a month and to buy a house is even crazier. Everyone is moving here so I guess they can afford it.
Yes it is crazy. But if you stick to the smaller communities you will find lower rent. You have to get use to driving to a city to go shopping. I drive 2 hrs to go to the mall. But its worth it cause we can go on vacation and have all types of toys.
Yes with all these people running away from Toronto due to Bedbugs and SARS even next year rent would be double
