Travel Info We like a campsite with lots of trees for privacy (and tarps) dogs allowed (on leash of course) nice beach, boat ramp / water skiiing / any suggestions? we Like Crimson Lake except for the leeches! Anyone been to Garner? We have a camper van and tents for the kids. Travel Tips How far do you want to drive from Edmonton? Jasper is great. Alberta beach, Pigeon and Sylvan lake are day trips. Others ROFL - you are not likly to find too many places in Alberta with lots of trees , nice beach etc... closest would probably be Wizard Lake just south of Edmonton , Gull lake in Central Alberta. Hope that helps. Provincial Campground in Sylvan Lake(central Alberta -west of Red Deer) has all that but is notorious for young people to gather there(party,party). |
