Is it true that Edmonton drivers are one of the worst drivers in Canada? |
Travel Info my brother lives there and he says this was true, like he saw statistics Travel Tips Oh my gosh (OMG), I can't tell you how true that is! Stats don't lie! I've been to all the provices and I've learned my lesson. If you're going to Edmonton you better have some good insurance and a reliable air bag! Others there are lies...damned lies...and there are statistics 88.7% of stats are made up on the spot.... though my sister in law lives there and she says its true also perhaps it is but THIS morning there was no crashes thats a frist in a long time *L* i say b.c. is the worst and sometimes quebec and ontario. there. now we've covered canada. :) anyways, i say b.c. cause im from ontario and I drove across canada to get to b.c., and the FIRST thing i noticed, even before the beauty of the province was the irrate drivers. they were HORRRIBLE. they say that many immigrants at the time had fake drivers licenses.. but i try not to buy into that kind of bias. they were all equally bad drivers. :) ontario is bad too these days, though.. knowing from experience. I'd believe it - I live in Edmonton, and have been terrified to cross at crosswalks, even pushing my big red stroller, I've been nearly hit, honked at, even yelled at in spite of having right of way - they give licences out in cracker-jack boxes, I swear! Ontario drivers are the worst ... spend 3 hours in downtown Toronto and you'll know what I mean No, I used to live in Edmonton. Drivers are very polite. |
