Canadian tourism? |
Travel Info Can a U.S. citizen with a felony conviction enter Canada? I have been informed that a ministry must be paid $300.00 for an application that must be submitted prior to the entrance. Travel Tips I think that you answered your own question. You can not enter Canada with a felony conviction but with a fee and filling out some paperwork you likely can (you can still be refused if they think you are dangerous). Others It's going to depend on a few things. Length of time since conviction, type of offence and wether you have been pardoned or deemed to have been rehabilitated. Here are two sites that will be able to help you. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/convi... http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/faq-i... Bon chance mon amis. Hope this helps. From what I know, I do not think so. Sorry. I don't think so -- the same with the Canadians -- they cannot enter the United States if they have a criminal record... check with your local authoritities or at the passport office and they will give you the answer |
