I want to know the name of the trees lining The Road to the Pyramids in Cairo. They had blue flowers?

I believe they could be Acacias but cannot find any reference to a blue species

Jacaranda. The tree is a native of Africa. It has acacia-like leaves but blue flowers. There is a red version which is known as "flamboyant", but they are mostly found in the moist tropics, whereas Jacaranda are more drought-tolerant.
