Thomas Mann obviously put a lot of study into his book "Joseph and his Brothers".
Did he ever write an acount of his explorations in the Middleast?

Unfortunately it would seem,Thomass Mann never published any works regarding the time he spent in Palestine.
It is highly likely that he would have made prolific notes and journal accounts, while he was there.
But as to this point they have not been made available to the public if they exist.
