Egypt is in Africa but they are called Egyptians... They are arabic. they share the same characteristic (which i mean physically) of arabs and speak the same language. They're kinda both. Egypt is a country, therefore that is their nationality. Africa is the continent Egypt is in, so they could be considered African as well. Actually Egypt is officially the Arab Republic of Egypt. Egyptians speak Arabic, but as for culture/ethnic background it depends on the egyptian you speak to. The majority will tell you they are Egyptians, not Arabs. It all depends.
