Football on TV in sharm?

Im gonna be in egypt for champs leauge - do the hotels or bard etc have sky sports or football on ? im going sharm al sheikh - hilton waterfalls

You will be able to watch the champions league final, no problem at all. You need to look for a pub, sports bar or any hotel that has a channel called ART Sports. Sky sports does not air on any of the cable networks in Egypt. ART has the exclusive rights for the champions league and is the only channel that broadcasts it through out the middle east.

In my experience, i doubt that your hotel will have ART, your best bet is a restaurant or pub. There are so many german, british, spanish and italian tourists and I often see them watching football matches in cafes etc all the time.

why dont u email the hotel and check, but even if they don't have ART sports, it wont be a problem.

yes they will, there is a bar called the tavern in na'aama bay centre, british pub and the walls are covered in footie shirts donated by visiting footie fans. they have loads of live matches on so it is almost a definite that you will be able to watch any match that is televised.

the hotel will probably also have it on, pirates bar in waterfalls hotel also shows football matches so if you are all inclusive it is all the better for your drinking purse or wallet !!!
