Others if you mean The Secret by Rhonda Byrne, then yes, I finished reading the book two months back and I loved it , it wasnot a real secret but a good compilation of wisdom, beliefs and faith. loved the inspiration in this book. This book is making a difference in people's lives by showing them that they are in charge of their lives and what happens .Well worth reading. good luck Egyptian Well i haven't read the book but i watched the DVD, i think it is preaching something which we all lost in our busy lives which is the role of positive thinking through the laws of attraction (u attract what u think). But one thing that i didn't like is trying to convince people of the fact that yr thoughts will be materialized (like if u think of that new shinning bike then u will get it for sure), no it takes more than just positive thinking it takes getting on yr feet and making what u wish for come true and believing that it will be achieved. As for my own experiences, well its about having a baby in the car and thinking of the perfect parking spot, 90% of the time i got what i wished for but still it was because i chose certain times of day to finish my errands that i was sure are not peak hours, so u see positive thinking + actually doing something. |
