Hi there ismally has told you the address of the college..the course you initially need is TRAVEL&TOURISM I was told the course runs for 8 seasons,if you want to progress to management this will take a further year, unfortunetly i do not know the exact cost for this but it is not cheap... I think u should go to a place called "the faculty of tourism and hotel management". I don't know Cairo but I believe, as they told me, it is in a place called EL manyal, wa7ed menyal ya3ne.
U go there and ask for diplomat el ershad el sya7e. I think it lasts for 2 years.
U take that and get the license and there u go.

if u are in sanwya 3ama then go to alsen colloge to any language u want or go to adab kesm .......
to be a touriste guide u must have a great language and i think history
universities usually have different departments and among those departments there is a department of tourism guide etc,
the department of "tourism and hotel management"
various books are available but there is no use of them if you don't have a degree or certificate for this feild.this certificate will make you a valid tourist.
moreover i like your thinkings and concept of picture about world peace.
If you don't have the bachelor of tourism you'll not be able to take the license for English or French tour guide and soon German too. Still the other languages available and you can just register to make the exam if you can learn without a diploma. You have to learn History, the language and the rest is general information and qualifications. If you are not Egyptian or officially a resident it may not be allowed for you. The rules change always, so try to update the information I have just told you.
