In the cities and towns most males wear normal like any other country. In villages they wear more like farmers (Galabya), may be a scarf or Shal and head cover. You can see that kind of clothes in folklore dancing. Few details depend on the which region inside Egypt they are coming from.
Also in some districts in Cairo you may see it.

They are men, and what do males wear????? Look what males in your country wear and I am sure that is what males in Egypt use.

But think wisely....and adapt clothes wisely according to the hot weather they have.
teenagers wear casual (jeans and shirt)
20-60 years some of them wear casual some wear smart casual others wear formal especially in work, bu most of the Egyptian people in the street wear normal pantalon and shirt.

In farms the people living there wear galabeya which is from cotton always white .
