Can he use his Egyptian degree in the US? |
Travel Info If he has a degree in Geology from Egypt can he use this degree here in the US? How can he find out? What type of job can he get here (US) with this degree? Will he have to take some classes here to make his Egyptian degree valid? Travel Tips No I don't think he can use this here in USA, my husband is from Egypt and has a degree and we was told he has to continue school here to learn more, and our ways are very different here, so he would have to learn the ways here. Other Travel Tips duh If he has a Geology degree from Egypt he should look up the US accrediting bureau. This website should help him begin discovering whether or not he will need additional classes to valide his degree in the US. http://www.ope.ed.gov/accreditation/... I highly doubt that he could use his degree in the US. I'd say he'd rather get a master's degree in Geology or something there (US). no, any degree in Egypt doesn't work outside the middle east |
