No. They are dark skinned. Some of them are white though, but no one is green.
Just kidding. If by green, you mean environmentally aware to the hazards of industrial wastes, then I would say Ismailia rocks. Our city is good and much much nicer than dull old Cairo. Feel free to come in any time and see by yourself how large the green areas , how big the streets and how healthy the air is.

I'm personally trying to go green right now. I know that lots of people care, but it's hard to tell with all the pollution. I hope that we'll see some tangible improvement soon, for the sake of all those kids who have cancer. Pray for them.
no not very environment friendly, in fact seeing its main money comes from the tourist industry, its a bit of a rubbish tip, I live on the West Bank Luxor, I went for a walk up on the ridge above Hapshepsut Temple the other day and where the police lookout point is, there is on open ravine a natural catchment for all the police and tourist hikers rubbish, it would be almost imposible to clear as the rock is unsafe, even the canals are rubbish tips as is the Nile for all the garbage that comes off the 250 cruise boats, in the evenings you can see a film of rainbow colours from diesel oil waste sometimes,
