How come so many of us here on Yahoo Answers feel so depressed? |
Travel Info I've noticed from a lot of the postings that people are feeling not just blue, but real dark navy blue! What's wrong with us all? I'f I was a shrink, I'd be making a fortune right now! Travel Tips Mostly we're sad. That's why we're online. Normal happy people don't go online to seek consolation. They interact with their families and friends. Most of the people here don't have good social communicative skills. We go online because it doesn't need any skills here. One can meet anybody and leave them in an instant with no worries after a few seconds. It's much easier than the complexities of real life where you have to exchange the social compliments and so on. "I am speaking for myself here so as not to make anybody angry" Others Everyone forgot to take their meds. Now if you will hand me that bottle of there, I will get back to what I was doing before you asked this question. Hi Farah, Well to each his own reason!!!!! But i could only speak about myself, yes i am a bit blue coz i am lonely and bored from too much TV and no one to talk to. I miss my family and friends (i am not living in Egypt right now). This feeling comes and goes and interacting with people on line makes it better. And you know what? People here on line are kinda like shrinks, they ask we answer or we ask they answer, just talking to each other does make it better. That's why, how about everybody else?? I used to feel happy but now I am facing a lot of troubles and sometimes you can't count with your friends or relatives because they judge you by saying I told you As always you did it Why don't you understand? Are you silly or what? And they do not give you any constructive advice, just judgments so many of us look for another opinion that has not the words I mentioned above i think because we all somehow love Egypt and we feel very bad for the constant detoriorating status we are in nowadays, and the most depressing that we cant see the future, ask anyone in Egypt about the future, you'll find worry and uncertainty. Egypt's problems has become the kind of problems that affect everyone of us on the private level, one way or another. If you were a shrink you'd probably caught depression from people's sad stories. could be the heat, but no its just right here in luxor,could be that no one is asking decent questions , so the answers are all the same, "yes" or "no" even some of the same questions are posted that have been answered loads of times previously. like what can i call a girl she is muslim as soon as you write the question recent answers come up?????????? so change the q, why not call her by an Egyptian name, then you would get some interest back on the Egypt forum, don't you miss the blu's and the isadoora q & a they where sarcastic some times but interesting,( now you 2 do not post why the sudden interest in me) thats if you are still with us, "edit" oh yes look at the, what would you do, question to see what i mean about the same postings,no wonder we need a shrink, yes i am... :( |
