What is the meaning of these "words", if you can call them that?!? |
Travel Info 毓賵亍 兀賳鬲禺丞 丕爻鬲賰賳賷丕氐 I don't even know how they are pronounced! I know that the "cool" thing these days is to use wierd words like that in speech, but what I can't believe is that I'm actually reading these words in the paper (the dostoor, to be precise). I have no idea what they mean. If you can explain them, and add any new words to the list so that I'd be more "educated", I'd appreciate it! Travel Tips awaa = something horrible and worrying or dangerous, in other context it means being late. antakha: being relaxed doing absolutely nothing, or just asleep. Estekanyas: probably meaning something soothing relaxing and pleasant. All are slangs, not used in formal writing or reading. Others one of the most things that make me hate this age is the cool words the youth taking about fe ayam zaman i am 16 yearold Al-dostour writers use these words because they are trying to make the readers feel that they are close to them. I actually like that. I do speak these words all the time but here in Ismailia , we use a slightly different vocabulary. I would share with you except that I am afraid I might hurt your sensitive ears. I know only the word antakha cuz my husband uses it. It means to relax a little so bad, weird & unkind words!!but i like that staff(darbet shams) but for the main idea!!talk as you r!not as people would like you to!!but sometimes they use unkind words!!we have to be wise enough!!when reading that stuff!!some words are not used by kind youth!!not all the apples are the same even if they r in the same basket!! |
